Standard Warranty

We provide a one-year warranty on the robot for the original buyer. The warranty does not cover changes in the surfaces and appearance caused by natural wear and tear, as well as defects caused by improper use of the robot or accident.

During the warranty period, we will send out any defective part free of charge, which the buyer can replace independently, using remote consultation with the manufacturer.

Please note that BotEyes is not intended for outdoor use. Any such use will void the warranty.

The warranty will not cover the shipping costs.

Return Policy

The BotEyes robot manufacturer and seller, as well as the owner of the website https://boteyes.com is Boteyes LLC., hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “we”.

We offer a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for BotEyes robots. If you are returning the robot purchased from us within 30 days of receiving it, you can return product under the next conditions:

- you are returning it to the original place of purchase;

- you pay the cost of postal expenses;

- robot must be in "like new" condition and that there are no cosmetic damages;

- please make sure you include all accessories listed in robot Passport;

- you use the original packing box for robot delivery.

Please note that we refund only robot cost, i.e. we deduct the delivery cost from the robot price you paid.

If the robot has any defective parts you can ask to replace it. It is free during the guarantee period (one year).

Before returning, please email sales@boteyes.com along with your Robot Serial Number (can be found in bottom side of the robot), and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive the robot, our service team will assess it. If the robot fits under our return criteria, you will receive a full refund.

Your refund will be issued shortly thereafter and can take up to 30 business days to be fully credited back to your account.
